Biography
Walter McGerry has a Master’s degree in counseling psychology from Antioch University Seattle. He is a licensed mental health counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist and an approved supervisor in the state of Washington.
McGerry is a member of the Association for Humanistic Psychology, the Jungian Psychotherapists Association, the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study,the Washington Mental Health Counselors Association, and Psychotherapists and Counsellors for Social Responsibility.
He has worked in agencies and private practice since 1980 and teaches in Antioch University Seattle’s Masters in Psychology program. His theoretical orientation for therapy and supervision combines Humanistic, Transpersonal, Jungian and other psychodynamic and developmental theories.
